What they really do.

Our account representatives are an essential part of the Oz experience—working directly with dealerships to deliver strategic, hands-on marketing support. Each rep learns the operational processes and builds relationships with key stakeholders in both fixed and variable departments to identify marketing opportunities and craft custom strategies.

They track advertising ROI, interpret CRM data, and evaluate third-party partnerships to ensure every marketing dollar is working hard. With a consistent on-site presence—typically five days a month—they act as the central point of contact for all marketing activity, aligning internal efforts and amplifying what makes each dealership unique.

Reps also help manage budgets, uncover new business opportunities, and lead the planning and execution of both store-specific and group-wide sales events. They oversee third-party vendors, adjust campaigns in real time, and conduct localized market research to keep strategies sharp and relevant. Beyond execution, they provide coaching on customer engagement touchpoints and actively collaborate with the Oz team to solve creative challenges.​
